CrossFit Group Classes

What we’re famous for!

Once the introductory process is completed you will advance into Group CrossFit Classes. This program is designed to help you improve across ALL ten general physical skills:

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Speed
  • Flexbility
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy

The aim is to improve on all 10 components at the same time, not specializing in one area too much. This gets you that ‘fit body’ look that most people desire, but more importantly makes you into a powerful human machine. If you’re younger, the goal is to keep you playing sports, dunking, spiking the volleyball or staying sharp with your friends. If you’re older we’re going to get you back running with your grandkids, having no issues walking down a staircase without a handrail, hiking a mountain, or trying surfing for the first time. We want you to crush through your bucket list with no thought to “if I’m able to”.

All classes are lead by a coach, and last one hour. A typical hour looks like the following:

  • 5 minute general warm-up
  • 8-10 minute specific warm-up (coach led)
  • 15-20 minutes resistance training (coach led)
  • 20-30 minutes conditioning focus (coach led)

There is absolutely no program in the world that comes close to helping you achieve higher levels of fitness.

Saturday:

  • 7:00am
  • 8:30am
  • 10:00am
