CrossFit methodology utilizes Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Classic “Cardio” (we call it Monostructural) work together to get a potent and intense combination that will leave you fitter, faster. We work diligently to ensure you get the proper instruction in each of our team training classes, and also offer a variety of small group and personal training sessions to accommodate a more personal approach.
“Optimal Coaching Value” — Private Coaching time is a great time for you to hone your skills 1-on-1 or with a small group of friends. Offering Small Group & Personal training allows us to dial in workouts to meet your exact demands and desires on YOUR schedule.

We have a heavy educational component to our coaching as well, and you will leave feeling confident in how you eat, how you shop at the grocery and your attitude towards eating!
“Learn To Move Your Body In Space” — This program develops coordination, balance and strength, it is responsible for hundreds of firsts Pull-ups, Rope Climbs, Handstands and muscle-ups. It is a fun, laid back group atmosphere to improve in!
“Helping Form a Healthy Future for Our Community” — Our Under-17 Youth program covers ages 3-16 with a full range of fitness classes, leadership development, nutrition education, activities and games! We are the only gym in Ohio offering this full range of classes and educational experience for kids under 17.
Each athlete is placed into a class by the coach to ensure they can develop, learn, enjoy and improve. From there they can ‘graduate’ upwards all the way into our adult classes!

Women of Friendship
After a few years away from the gym, or any consistent physical activity for that matter, I joined Friendship CrossFit. Why CrossFit? Well, a very well-timed email from the owner checking in with me and asking if I ever thought about coming back to Friendship CrossFit prompted my return. Like re-entry of any kind, it sucked. It’s hard going to a place when you know the workouts will be tough, the journey you’re about to embark on is going to be tougher, and you will probably be the most out-of-shape person in the place – all of which was probably true when I started at Friendship this past April. I was 350 lbs., not happy, extremely self-conscious, and heading down a path, health-wise, that I knew didn’t have a happy ending.
Today, December 13th, roughly 8 months later, I am officially 100 pounds lighter.
The positive impact that this journey has had on so many different facets of my life, family, work, and relationships, is amazing. It’s still hard to believe the huge change that has occurred in such a short time.
So, how did this happen? Hard work, yes. Determination, yes. Focus on nutrition, yes. But the main reason are the people at this place. From the owner, to the coaches, to the members. Every single person pushes you to be better. The support and encouragement you get everyday is unreal. The added benefit: it holds you accountable. I could go on and on, but if you need to make a positive change in your life, for any reason, reach out to these guys. Reach out to one of the coaches. It will be the best decision you ever made. I have been going to Friendship for about 8 months and I love it! After I had my first child I wanted to get back into working out and be healthy but I knew I needed accountability and a support system. Friendship has been that and more. I had weight lifted on my own but had never done Crossfit and from day one Coach Liz made me feel welcome. She was a Mom and understood the struggles I faced and could help me with that as well as teaching me the fundamentals of weight lifting so that I could progress while being safe and smart. Once I started classes the members were so welcoming and friendly. I look forward to going to class knowing they expect me to be there and we can chat and have fun while working out! Since I have been there Friendship has progressed into even more offering nutrition, seminars, challenges and podcasts. It encompasses so many aspects of my life and I couldn’t be happier!
Big thanks to Coach Liz and Coach Andy for a warm welcome and a great workout. I dropped in this morning because my hotel was very close. What a great decision.

After moving to Dublin, I thought it would be impossible to find another gym comparable to our previous gym. I have been going to Friendship since mid-2017 and have not been disappointed…I actually like it better!
The staff is amazing and makes sure you are ready for all the various movements so that you don’t end up hurting yourself. The training and lessons you receive during each class is worth it alone. The multiple training classes and seminars they offer throughout the year gives it that well-rounded feeling. Thanks to Friendship, I’ve become more fit and developed a healthier lifestyle.
From the very first workout, I was blown away by the community culture at Friendship Crossfit. The coaches and owners are phenomenal leaders who have instilled a strong sense of pride, community, and excitement for all of the members. All of the coaches I have encountered so far are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and approachable.
The programming is diverse and challenging, but also scalable for everyone. I can’t wait to try out some of the specialty courses that they provide. It is safe to say that this gym lives up to its name and I am so excited to be a part of it.
