3. Short term focus

4. Auxiliary things to focus on

5. What do I need to fix?

6. Creating a daily & weekly layout based on this information.

7. Who is going to hold me accountable to this layout?

Collagen Protein for Smoothies

Smoothie Recipe:

“The Vege Smoothie”:

1 Large Handful Kale

1 Large Handful Spinach

1 Smaller Handful Supergreens (Costco)

6-8 Baby Carrots

10-20 Green Grapes

1 Medium Banana (or half large)

1 handful frozen pineapple

1 handful frozen berry mix

2 Scoops Collagen Protein

2 Scoops Berries & Greens Superfoods

3oz water

Blend aggressively

(Typically makes (2) 24oz smoothies)
