1-on-1 Coaching

At Friendship Fitness, we understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. If you prefer to train in a 1 on 1 setting; or if you are part of our Group Classes, and want to work on specific skills, we also offer 1 on 1 personal training. If you have specific goals our coaches can help you get there, we’ve helped people accomplish their first 5k, marathon, CrossFit competition, powerlifting meet, Olympic Lifting competitions, Strongman, obstacle course races and more! If you purchase a package we will sit down and make sure we understand what goal you want to achieve with those sessions and then get after them together, it is the best way to improve rapidly.
