Endurance Club

One of the things we love about CrossFit is that it helps people find a passion for new areas of Fitness. Friendship is proud that we can provide extra programs for our community that help people crush a weakness or compete in a new sport.

Each year we break up the year into 3 main seasons: Rowing Season, Biking Season and Running Season. We run 6-8 week cycles that focus on these individual areas and bring in specialists and experts to program and coach them for you!
