If you’re looking to bulk up…this isn’t the program for you (check out our Functional Bodybuilding class) – but otherwise you will definitely enjoy the benefits of this type of training! Here’s how:
The program will meet between January 9th and February 9th (5-Weeks) and will 2-sessions each week (You can sign-up for one or both sessions) on:
- Thursday – 6:30am-7:30am
- Sunday Noon-1pm
- Total Cost is $39/session for FCF Clients
- Total Cost is $59/session for Non-FCF Clients
