Hey guys!Welcome to Friendship Running Club Week 6 — Our final week officially!For those of you who missed it, make sure you check out the Podcast that outlines the major issues and pains of running that we will be addressing. There is a lot of information in there that will be very important to our program as we begin.Our program will wrap up with some fun race options the following Saturday:

  1. Color Run 5k
  2. Darby Creek 5k/10k Trail Run

When/Where: Tuesday, July 10th @ 5:45pm at FriendshipSunday, July 15th @ 9am at Thomas Worthington High SchoolWhat: Tuesday: Well! We’re 6/6 on raining on Tuesday’s during this 6-weeks, truly incredible!Warm-Up: Individual Foot Drills & Single-Leg StandsWorkout:AmRap15 w/ Partner (trading rounds)::20s Band Sprints + 360 Degree weighted Single Leg Stand20 Heidens Jumps360 Degree Weighted Stand + :20s Band Sprints Sunday:Race Day!Option 1: Run 1-Mile (get a legit Mile time – Do this option if you’ve been inconsistent at RunClub)Option 2: 5k Retest (Do this option if you’ve been hitting 90% of the RC Days!)
