At Friendship  we look to bring YOU an edge. One of the best ways we know how to do that for you is to bring in subject matter experts to coach you in their areas of specialty. These experts bring you top end programming and form development and help you achieve results significantly faster than a general program might. Last year we brought on Coach Ashley Sway for 2 cycles of Rowing Club. To say it was a massive success is an extreme understatement -- She saw a 100% PR rate for her athletes! 

You might want to achieve something new or start a new sport - like Rowing at the Arnold Classic competition this year (we took 1st place last year in 3 divisions)! Or maybe you just want to lose some weight and increase your energy levels? You can expect increased cardiovascular stamina as well as an increased metabolism from this type of training. If you're a CrossFitter, then you are probably looking to become a more powerful performance machine...the best way to do that is with more efficient movement! If you're looking to bulk up...this isn't the program for you (check out our Functional Bodybuilding class) - but otherwise you will definitely enjoy the benefits of this type of training! Here's how:

The program will meet between November 4th and December 19th (7-Weeks) and will run on:

  • Wednesday 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • Sunday 9:00am-10:15am
  • Cost is $39/month for FCF Clients
  • Cost is $59/month for Non-FCF Clients
