Your first interaction with Friendship is a meeting. We want to know all about your history with exercise, as well as discuss other lifestyle habits. You will leave with a suggested plan of attack to becoming a higher performing version of yourself. Our system is proven, all it takes is your commitment.

Start Training

Your approach will be determined by your experience. At Friendship we believe in meeting every athlete where they are, individually. For most, this will mean that you begin in an individualized training & nutrition plan. From there, you can progress into Group or Individual Design, based on what you and your coach feel will set you up for success.
