Getting started is easier than you think and begins with a facility tour, fitness assessment, and personal conversation with one of our coaches to discuss:
- What are your health and fitness goals?
- What are your current diet and exercise habits?
- What injuries or pain (if any) are you dealing with?
- How we can best hold you accountable to meet your fitness goals?
We want people who are “all-in” and ready to go after and attack their goals. If you meet our coaches with enthusiasm and excitement there is NO limit to what you can achieve.
This will help us get a better picture of where you are, and where you want to go. From there our coaches will map out the best plan of success for you, and go over that with you. Once we have a general plan, we discuss pricing and then you decide if you think the plan is of a great enough value to you, your life and possibly your families lives to pursue.
