From there, you will begin into our Proven 7-step Process that is laid out below and has helped thousands of people in our community achieve and implement a successful exercise and nutrition plan!

Your No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized health and fitness transformation plan. 

Step 2

Follow Your Complete Nutrition Overhaul

Our nutrition coaching is all handled individually and completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We’ll use InBody & Fit3D biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way.

Step 3

Start with Personal Training

Joining a new gym and program can be intimidating. That’s why you start your F-7 program with your own personal coach to help guide you and answer questions – it is the best way to see progress quickly and safely. Our Dublin and Lewis Center Personal Trainers are the best in the business and have a proven track records of thousands of success stories!

Step 4

Join Our Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different and our community keeps the vibe fun and energetic!

Step 5

Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions

So you’re a few weeks in and you’ve lost 5lbs of fat, are improving your body composition and performance across every metric…now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach, these are complimentary and guarantee we can continue to develop you and your fitness.

Check Out Our Performance Clubs

Now you’re successful with how you look and feel – but you want to be able to climb a rope, get your first pull-up or compete in a Spartan Race or Triathlon? Our Performance Clubs have cycles designed to help you achieve all of those things you thought you “could never do” and you get to meet other awesome people going after those same goals!

Get Involved

Our community participates in many charitable events; we are a top fundraiser for Barbells for Boobs, Cause for Canines and race in Pelotonia team each year. We also host barbecues, pool days, rock climbing, CBJ games and more! There is always something fun to take part in with our community and a tribe of amazing, healthy people to do it with!
