Our original Dublin location is home to a 10,000 multi-space workout compound. “Friendship Beach” is our incredible outdoor workout space, which was a part of a massive new renovation to our Dublin, Ohio, personal training studio and gym location. We’re also home to a Physical Therapy Studio with Jenny Borda, DPT and Nutrition Counseling room with Andy Arra, RD/LD and our Precision Nutritionists.

You can enjoy our full suite of fitness programs at Friendship Dublin, and we’re very proud that we have one of the only facilities in the world where you and your kids can workout in the same space, at the same hour, with our Youth Fitness Program and Adult Functional Fitness Classes. This motivates both kids and parents to get to the gym consistently, work hard and then share in their post-workout stories on the sweaty ride home together! It is a great reset after a long day at school and work and provides a unique service in our mission of building healthy families!
