Event 1 - Burpee Bargain (for time - 10 min cap)

50 toe to bar/kipping knee raises

100/75 (comp) // 80/60 (Rec) Echo Bike Cals

50 toe to bar/kipping knee raises

  • Partners may break up the work however they choose, but on every switch during toes-to-bar, both partners must complete 3 burpees.

  • Rec male/female teams will be doing the mens cals (80)

  • Overall competition tiebreaker will be time of completion for event 1

Event 2 - Risk and Reward (for time - 8 min cap)

Max Clean & Jerk

  • last 2 minutes max cross-overs for additional pounds as long as both lifters are done lifting (ie cannot perform cross-overs until the 6 min mark - 5 crossovers = 1 lb)

  • Female competitive teams will be  weighted +25% for their clean & jerk weight

  • Wall ball weights: 

    • Comp = 20/14 to 10’ & 9’ targets  

    • Rec = MM: 14 to 10’ target

    • FF: 10 to 9’ target

    • MF: 14 to 9’ target

  • Row cals can be split anyway

  • Box Jump height:

    • Comp: 24/20

    • Rec: 16/10

  • Rec rope climb = x2
