We offer 30, 45, and 60-minute private sessions to fit any budget and have flexible payment options so you can focus on building great habits through personal fitness training at our gym in Dublin, Ohio!

A typical Personal Training process looks like this:

  • Complete a consultation with your Coach, working together you will set your 90-day focus.

  • Complete BioMetric Scan, measuring Body Fat, Muscle-Mass and Metabolism.

  • Perform a physical assessment and baseline performance metrics.

  • Attack exercise and nutrition goals with your Coach based on the plan you created together.

  • At the 90-day mark, re-test physical assessment and BioMetric Scans to gauge progress.

  • Create next 90-day focus and continue crushing your goals.
