Under-17 Program

Helping Form a Healthy Future for Our Community

Our Under-17 Youth program covers ages 3-16 with a full range of fitness classes, leadership development, nutrition education, activities and games! We are the only gym in Ohio offering this full range of classes and educational experience for kids under 17. 

Each athlete is placed into a class by the coach to ensure they can develop, learn, enjoy and improve. From there they can ‘graduate’ upwards all the way into our adult classes!

Programs

Ages 13-16

This group is focused on learning to gain balance, coordination and stability through puberty. Our focus is to help these teenagers build great movement patterns and healthy habits that will last them into adult life. 

Ages 6-9

This group is focused on playing games that use functional movements. They will use mostly bodyweight exercises to grow strong bodies and minds, have fun quizzes and games to teach them about nutrition and grow a fun team atmosphere while doing it. 

Ages 9-13

This group is focused on learning to control their bodyweight in space, building gymnastics and core strength mainly. We learn the beginning basics of weightlifting (how to pick things up safely, how to squat and lunge) — but still have a big focus on fun and team building!

Ages 3-6

This group is focused on F-U-N! Your kids will be begging you to come to the gym — How cool is that?!
