5-Week Masters+ Performance Track 

Program Overview
The Masters+ Performance Track is built to help you train smarter, fuel better, and perform with confidence. Over four weeks, you’ll refine your nutrition, sharpen your skills, and push through competition-style workouts designed to prep you for Masters Day — all while having a blast with a like-minded crew.

Track Components

1. Master Your Macros: Nutrition for Performance (Andy & Shelby)

  • Initial 1:1 Assessment (60 min): Dial in your macros, timing, and weekend habits.

  • 4-Week Check-In: Adjust your plan, troubleshoot roadblocks, and prep for Masters Day.

  • Weekly Cohort Meetings (choose one):

    • Wednesdays @ 8:00 AM

    • Sundays @ 11:00 AM
      (Each session features an educational topic.)

  • Supplement Optimization: Smart stacks curated from Ascent, 1st Phorm, and LMNT with special discounted packs.

2. The Return of Skull Sessions (Sundays @ 10:45 AM – Jenny & Andy)

For the 5 weeks leading into Masters, you’ll take on a Cannonball-style partner event each Sunday:

  • Exclusive access: Only for Masters+ athletes.

  • Purpose: Build grit, strategy, and pacing — simulating the energy and flow of competition day.

  • Vibe: Grit meets fun with a dose of friendly rivalry.

Dates:
Sunday August 17th, 24th, 31st, Sept. 7th, 14th


3. 1-on-1 Skill Intensives (any coach)

A dedicated half-hour with a coach to tackle your personal sticking points.


Pick Your Focus: Anything from dialing in barbell cycling, smoothing out double-unders, handstand confidence, bar muscle-ups, or even pacing on a machine.


Personalized Coaching: Get real-time feedback, micro-adjustments, and drills tailored to your movement patterns.


Fast Progress: These focused sessions are designed to give you that “aha” breakthrough moment in just 30 minutes.


4. Weekly Precision, Skill & Strategy Drops (Jenny)

Each week you’ll receive:

  • Skill Focus: Targeted drills based on weekly programming provided
    for things like barbell cycling, kipping gymnastics, box jump efficiency, double-unders, burpee pacing, etc. (add before or after class.)

  • Precision Challenges: Creative, measurable mini-tests to sharpen execution, like:

    • Max wall balls to a 10’/9’ target

    • “No-fault” T2B or kipping knee raise ladder (miss = restart)

    • 2:00 pace hold on rower, ski, or bike (must hit pace perfectly)

    • Death by ladder (burpee, air squat, DB Curtis P)

    • Max SUs/DUs into max HS walk or hold

    • Max Farmer’s Hold at a set weight
