


Run Club
What?
Run Club will entail a twice weekly program & workout designed by Coach Shelby Strain to improve your running. We will meet once weekly to train at a Trail or Track, and then each athlete will be given an optional second day to do at the Gym or at Home.
Only 12 spots available
At the end of the 10-week training cycle, we will complete a 5k together:
5k Beer Run x DogTap Columbus ($41-57)

Bringing people together outside of the gym to do something challenging together. High accountability aspect. To challenge ourselves to do something maybe we wouldn't normally do.
Looking for FRIENDS who want to challenge themselves with something new, maybe someone who doesn't love running but would love to do a 5k or run longer then they ever have.
Improving cardiovascular and running skills to carry over to the gym. I always feel my best when I am consistently running 1-2x per week and I want to share that feeling with others!
This Run Club is not for the marathoners or already established runner.
