On Sunday, August 9th from 8:00am–12:00pm, Friendship will be hosting our 4th Annual Run, Ride, Regatta Endurance Test at Worthingway Middle School!
This event is built for individuals, teams, and families looking to test their endurance, work together, and have a great morning with the Friendship community.
Divisions:
Same-Sex Teams of 3 — MMM/FFF
Row 3k total — 1k per athlete
C2 Bike 6k total — 2k per athlete
Run 1.5 miles total — 800m per athlete
Opposite-Sex Pairs — MF
Row 3k total — 1.5k per athlete
C2 Bike 6k total — 3k per athlete
Run 1 mile total — 800m per athlete
Individual Division — C2 Bike

Run 1 mile
Fun Division — Family / Son or Daughter + Parent(s)
Distances will be scaled based on ages and ability levels so families can participate together and have fun!
Important registration note:
This registration is for one individual athlete ticket and has the option to include one unisex event shirt (tee or tank).
Each athlete competing must purchase their own individual ticket, even if they are participating as part of a team, pair, or family division.
