Run, Ride, Regatta!

On Sunday, August 10th from 8:00am-12:00pm Friendship will be hosting the THIRD Annual Run, Ride, Regatta Endurance Test! This will take place at Worthingway Middle School.

There will be 4 Competitive Divisions with 1 Fun Division:

  1. Same Sex Teams of 3: MMM/FFF -- Row 3k (1k/ea), C2 Bike 6k (2k/ea), Run 1.5mi (800m/ea)

  2. Opposite Sex Pairs: MF -- Row 3k (1.5k/ea), C2 Bike 6k (3k/ea), Run 1mi (800m/ea)

  3. Individual (C2 Bike) - Row 2k, C2 Bike 4k, Run 1 Mile

  4. Individual (Real Bike) - Row 2k, C2 Bike 5-mile course, Run 1 Mile  

  5. Fun Division — Family or Son/Daughter + Parent(s) — We will scale the Distance based on Ages!

This is for each individual Ticket to compete and includes a Unisex Shirt!
